President’s Letter
I love the summer months – more daylight, vacation, concerts, family reunions, etc. There are so many fun activities to do with family and friends.
At the Pasadena Chapter we also have many activities: transitioning responsibilities, developing goals, budgets and a calendar of events. We will also meet with our new members to orient them on IAAP and offer growth opportunities. To balance the business activities, we planned a fun social event at the Hollywood Bowl to enjoy music and get acquainted with 36 people who will attend. This is what I call building friendships.
As the 2007-2008 comes to a close, let us extend a special thank you to the following individuals for their service to the Pasadena Chapter: Jeanie Caldwell, Co-President & interim Treasurer, Michelle Bender, VP Programs, Alice Martin, VP Membership, Frances Flores, Newsletter, Sergio Huidor, Webmaster, Bonnie Packard, Treasurer, and Susie Pocino, interim Secretary.
In the following pages you will meet the outgoing and incoming Board members. In addition, you will learn about IAAP’s new vision and strategy. This is very exciting and will learn more in the upcoming months.
